• 75g Powdered sugar
• 40g Honey
• 1 Egg yolk
• 1/3 vanilla bean pulp
• Zeste of half a lemon
• 4g water

• 5g salt
• 90g Yolks (5 medium-sized)
• 200g Powdered sugar
Ingredients list whipped shortcrust:
• 450g All-purpose flour
• 300g Room temperature butter
• 150g Powdered sugar
• 2 Eggs
• 2g salt
• 5g Baking powder
• Zeste of half a lemon
• 1/3 Vanilla bean pulp
