Hello peeps!
Here’s a great video if you’re looking for a short but effective full body warm-up WITHOUT jumping!
Not only is it neighbour-friendly, but it’s easy on your joints as well.
6 exercises à 50 seconds
The workout is combined with exercises that is first elevating your heart-rate and then stabilising it.
Use this video as a warm-up for a workout session, or if you want, you can repeat it couple of times and create a challenging cardio session.
Warming up your body before a session makes a big difference, not only to see results faster, but you prevent yourself from injuries.
If you’re a beginner and this feels too hard, try implementing little breaks.
Example: Instead of doing an exercise 50sec long, stop after 30sec, and rest for 20sec, before you hit the next exercise.
Again, use my videos as inspirations but never force yourself into something too much.
I prefer you to do it in your own pace but keep being consistent with working out, rather than pushing through a workout and never coming back again :-D
