hello friends!
Here's a great arm workout if you don't feel like doing any push-ups or dips. All you need is nothing but yourself :-D
10 MIN of proper burn!
If you want to level up, try the same workouts with weights (any kind of). It can be ankle weights, small dumbbells, water bottels, rocks, whatever you can find.
Or simply repeat the workout again !
