Meat Ingredients:
1 kg pork shoulder strip (casim)
1 cup potato starch
1/2 tbsp salt
2 pcs egg white
Mix altogether and put in freezer for15mins
Stock Ingredients:
4-5 ltrs water
3 tbsp chicken powder
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp salt
1 pc egg
Fried garlic
Onion leaves
Corn starch / tapioca
Tofu + Fishball (optional)
Stock/ Soup cooking time: 30 minutes
