Easy Dandelion Mead Recipe at Home!

People have been asking us to make dandelion wine, but dandelions don't grow well in Florida. So... Fawn, one of our supporters sent us some petals! We decided to make a MEAD instead of a wine, an here we are! Dandelion Mead! We used Joe's Dandelion Honey and another fan's sent-in Goldenrod honey! There was some weirdness in the gravity though.... watch to find out what happened!

Ingredients:
Dandelion Petals (thanks Fawn!)
Zest of 1/4 an Orange
2.5 lbs Dandelion Honey (thanks Joe!)
1 lb Goldenrod Honey (thanks Frybee Farms [I think, if I am wrong please correct me and I shall fix this post haste!])
1/2 teaspoon Yeast Hulls
