(These recipes are similar to the frugal meals I made)

Chicken and veggies:
1 pound of chopped chicken
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of olive oil
One tomato and chicken bullion cube
1LB of frozen veggies
1/2 cup of frozen kale
Cook the chicken through in the oil and salt and pepper then add the bullion cube.
Add the veggies and cook them through
Enjoy.
