Let's Warm Up!
Follow this gentle floor routine to prime your body for movement in the morning, or before your workout or stretching session.
Complete 2-3 sets of 10-15 reps, until you're feeling warm!
Bridge-Bridge Arm Pullover
Leg Lift
Alternating Knees to Chest
Spinal Release
You can do these stretches daily!
When in doubt, leave a stretch out, especially if you have an injury in a muscle or joint.
