BMW 330i Fuel Injector Replacement DIY (2019-Present BMW G20 330i, G22 430i, G42 230i)

►If you're experiencing some rough running on your high mileage B48-powered BMW, there's a chance one of your injectors is failing or dirty. Modern engines operate at incredibly fine tolerances, so even a little bit of dirt or damage can be enough to make a noticeable difference. Replacing the fuel injectors is the only fix; while involved, doing the job at home can save you a lot of money.

Dirty or failing injectors will cause rough running when at idle or in the upper RPM range. In extreme cases, it can lean out significantly, damaging the cylinder walls, piston, and valvetrain for the affected cylinder. Taking the time to carefully replace the injectors will get you back on the road, good as new, in just a few hours' time.
