Cooking for a crowd at the Desperado Meat Fest | Al Frugoni - Open Fire Cooking

We took on the Desperado Meat Fest at Demolition Ranch, hosted by the legendary Matt Carriker from ‪@DemolitionRanch‬
It was so great cooking alongside the incredible  ‪@MadScientistBBQ‬   and  ‪@ChudsBbq‬   – you guys are unstoppable!

🔥 We fired up the open flames and smokers to feed over 1,000 hungry souls, dishing out a wild menu: whole pigs, cabritos, NY strip rolls, ribs, briskets, and more than 100 lbs of sausages for some epic choripanes. Everything was cooked low and slow over open fire and smokers.

We had an absolute blast! What a cookout!
