This 20 minutes is all about building muscular definition and leaning out our total body!! We are doing that with supersets! Supersets are great for hypertrophy training!

We have a no-repeat structure and 10 supersets to work through today and the only thing you will need are your dumbbells! We are also training through several compound exercises to work both the upper and lower body!

20-MINUTE FULL BODY WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
DUMBBELLS- Dumbbell weight is relative to you, each exercise, and what allows you to keep good form! I used a range from 10lbs to 25lbs / 4.5 to 11.3kg When selecting a weight for this workout, you want to lift moderately heavy, at a moderate pace, to initiate hypertrophy- muscular definition!!!

SIDE PLANK WITH ROW TO THE TOP AND HIP DROP | SWITCH SIDES
