In this video, I discuss how to recover from a training funk via using new vantage points and strengthening your mindset to do better next time. I frame this discussion through the inverse lens of “you’re only as good as your last game.” I also dive into the power of visualization for optimizing strength performance. It is easy for me to put in the work that is needed, but following through on the platform requires strength in visualizing your goals in action before it happens.
