20 mile runs are the staple part of most marathon training blocks, getting them early, getting that confidence under your belt and building towards that all important 26.2 miles on race day. It can only make you stronger.
9 weeks out from the London Marathon and both me and Naomi have managed to bank our first 20 mile long run in our training blocks, with very different approaches as to how we complete this. Take a watch this week to follow us on our weekend and see how much we value that 20 mile run.
