★パイ生地
薄力粉 １２０g
全粒粉 ３０g（なければ薄力粉１５０gでも大丈夫です）
塩 ひとつまみ
バター ６０g
卵 1/2個
牛乳 ３０cc
＊生地を休ませる時間　３０分（冷蔵庫）

★卵液
卵 １個半
生クリーム ７０cc
塩 ひとつまみ
砂糖 ふたつまみ
ブラックペッパー 適量
ハーブ系 適量

★具材
アヒージョの残り 適量
お好みのチーズ 適量

★焼き時間（電気オーブン）
タルトストーンをのせて、１９０度で２５分
中身を入れて、１９０度で４０分
※必ず予熱をしておいてください
※ご家庭のオーブンによって調節してください
