Do this 45 minute, advanced pilates reformer workout! This full body at home workout consists of around 20 minutes of leg and core exercises to start including: Bulgarian Split Squats, Planks, and Standing Hamstring Series. Then we target your abs with work on reverse abdominal curls. After we hit inversions with assisted handstands. Finally, we finish off with shoulder work and stretching. Adding more rounds can build your strength as this routine gets easier!
