Here is a very early production model Edison Fireside Phonograph from my collection. Only the very earliest model Firesides had the old style gold pinstriping and tufts of grass at the corners. This one has an original small black 19 inch Edison morning glory horn and original crane. I selected two very entertaining comedy Indestructible 2 minute cylinders to play on this. The first is "That's Why I Never Married" by 'Ragtime' Bob Roberts and "Hornpipe Rag" by Arthur Collins. As always, I hope you enjoy the video and thank you sincerely for stopping in for a visit.
