Grab your magic circle and meet me on the Pilates former for a 20 minute upper body and core focused series!
If you don't have a magic circle, feel free to grab a ball for a suitable substitute.
Today's setup will have our foot straps on, head rest down and foot bar down.
I'll be using a very light yellow spring and I'd suggest using the lightest spring you have.
There will be a lot of kneeling in today's course so be ready!
