Running faster requires consistency, recovery, and mindset.
Consistency means showing up regularly so your body gets stronger over time. Understanding this has helped me stay committed to daily training, knowing that every run builds on the last.
Recovery gives your body a chance to rest and rebuild, helping you avoid injuries.
By prioritizing recovery, I’ve learned to train smarter, not just harder. Mindset keeps you motivated and strong when things get tough.
Embracing this has allowed me to push through hard workouts and stay confident on race day. When you master
all three, you’ll see big improvements in your running speed.

XC: 17:04 to 15:20
