GOOD MORNING!
Here's how I get back into a routine after Thanksgiving and just being sick for the past week! It feels so good to wake up early, get out of the house, move my body, and just get back into some daily habits I have been missing. I included some of my all time favorite recipes, including my high protein acai bowl, cookie butter latte, and chicken parmesan (you gotta try it). I also share some of my goals and intentions for the month of December and how I stay motivated and disciplined in my fitness journey & just everyday life.
