EASY CRISPY PORK LECHON BELLY RECIPE

If in Italy they have Porchetta, in Philippines they have Lechon Belly. It is the same rolled pork belly that is browned and crisp. In this recipe we will be using the following:
2 1/2 kgs pork belly
1/4 cup vinegar
salt and pepper
2 medium red onions, sliced
1 head garlic, chopped
6 bay leaves
4-5 stalks of lemon grass, with leaves if possible
1 bundle spring onions
1/8 cup soy sauce
Equipments: kitchen twine and roasting pan
