My qigong class studied with a new teacher last week, Jarret Cooper. He taught us a version of the Windmill where you tap/hit/brush your own shoulder wells. I walk you through both versions of the Windmill and talk about how I use each version to release / calm / quell my own anxiety. Try it for your own anxiety and report back!
I learned most everything else I know about qigong from Malcolm and Annie Dean, who founded and run Luminous Ground Online Tai Chi and Qigong Classes.
