This is a bit different programming for the legs, combining strength backed with plyomtreics, but I was in the mood for different.
First we hit the glutes and hammys, then we drill the quads. Solid, solid leg day 💪🏼
Equipment needed: 60 min, wall, dumbbells or barbell, mental strength and a good attitude 😊
Round One
1. 12 deadlifts
2. 40 switch lunges

Round Two
1. 12 RDL
2. 30 jump squats
X 4
Round 3
1. 20 Rev lunges
2. 2 min wall sit
3. 1 min calf raises
