On the 5/6th of June, 2022, Ww644 ran in conjunction with Ww480 for the first time on a revenue earning service since 2018, after an intensive overhaul. Ww644 is intended to be used for mainline excursions later on in the year, allowing the Glenbrook Vintage Railway to once again host steam trips around New Zealand.
This would all not be possible without the effort of the people overhauling, certifying, and operating 644.
Again, apologies for all the shots being handheld. I plan to go back to using a tripod soon enough :)
