World Horse Welfare Field Officer, Rachel Andrews was concerned about a group of ten horses being kept in apalling conditions on a yard in Winsford, Cheshire. They were removed from the site immediately and taken to World Horse Welfare's Penny Farm in Blackpool. This is the story of their rehabilitation and rehoming.
