藍莓乳酪慕斯蛋糕食譜Blueberry Cheese Mousse Cake Recipe:
(6吋/6-inch)
餅乾底biscuit base:
1.消化餅
digestive biscuits 100g(公克)
2.融化奶油 butter 40g(公克)
藍莓果醬 blueberry sauce:
1.新鮮藍莓
fresh blueberry 150g(公克)
2.檸檬汁 lemon juice 15g(公克)
起司糊 cheese mousse cake batter:
1.奶油乳酪
cream cheese 200g(公克)
2.砂糖 sugar 40g(公克)
3.牛奶 milk 90g(公克)
4.吉利丁片 (約4片)
gelatine 10g(公克)
5.鮮奶油 cream 150g(公克)
裝飾decorate:
1.飲用水 water 60g(公克)
2.藍莓果醬
blueberry sauce 60g(公克)
3.砂糖(可省略) sugar 5g(公克)
4.吉利丁片(約1片)
gelatine 2.5g(公克)
5.新鮮藍莓 fresh blueberry 適量
冷藏共約3小時refrigerate for about 3 hours
奶油乳酪放軟後再操作,太硬可以微波幾秒再操作,加入吉利丁牛奶步驟時要少量分次加入,乳酪糊才不會結塊,吉利丁片泡冰飲用水軟化備用,鮮奶油打到濕性發泡就好了。
