This 18-minute full-body bodyweight workout is a fast-paced, sneaky burner that builds strength while getting your heart rate up. It’s perfect for days when you want something effective, efficient, and equipment-free, whether you’re at home, traveling, or squeezing in movement between everything else on your plate.
You’ll move through a mix of squats, lunges, pulses, balance work, core control, and glute-focused strength that hits your legs, glutes, arms, and deep core. The flow keeps things moving, but the real work comes from staying controlled and intentional with each rep. Bodyweight work can be incredibly challenging when your form is locked in.
