Published on Main is a one start Michelin restaurant located at 3593 Main Street, Vancouver, B.C. They are one of the few Krug ambassador restaurants in Canada. Each year, Krug selects an ingredient and invites ambassador restaurants to reinterpret a single ingredient through their culinary lens. For 2025, the spotlight is on the humble carrot — an ingredient that offers both depth and versatility.
