Are you stuck in a training rut? You've probably been spending too much time in Zone 3. It's that spot between effective and "feels good". If you want to get faster the most important thing you need to focus on is fully recovering from your workouts. Those Zone 3 runs don't let you keep your heart rate low enough to truly run your hardest or truly recover when you need to. That's what we call a plateau!
