Cream Cheese Stuffed Protein Bagel Bites

In this video I show both a sweet and savory bagel option packed with protein and most definitely FLAVOR! These puppies are simple to make and the flavor options are endless.
Bagel Dough:
-360 g of oat flour
-26 g baking soda
-2 TBSP flax meal
-700 g plain nonfat greek yogurt
Filling:
8oz (1 block) Cream Cheese
Directions:
Cut cream cheese block into 16 pieces and freeze overnight. If you want to make a flavor of cream cheese you can mix the block of cream cheese with a scoop of protein powder of choice and transfer the mixture to a silicone ice cube tray and place the try into the freezer to make the individual size amount of cream cheese.
After the cream cheese has frozen pre heat the oven to 375 degrees f and make the dough.
For the dough you are doing to mix the dry ingredients first in a large bowl and the add in the yogurt mixing it together either with a dough hook or spatula. Once the dough has formed take the frozen cream cheese pieces and completely cover all of the edges with the bagel dough. You can add on a topping like everything bagel seasoning to the top to add some flavor to your bagel or leave as is. You are going to want to wet your fingers before forming the dough balls because the mixture will stick to you hands.
once you bagel bites are ready place them on a tray lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat and bake for about 30 minutes or until the bagels are a golden brown and have fluffed up.
Let them cool for at least 15 minutes before digging in or store in a container in your fridge for up to several week, if you don't eat them all by then!
