This reviews the basic supine arms series on the Pilates reformer. If you don’t have a reformer, there are many ways to recreate these exercises including a total gym or with the patient supine on a table or mat and using a Cable Column. This series is great for activating the core and working on abdominal endurance, as well as strengthening the Latissimus, Posterior Deltoid, and Triceps!
