'Tis the season for bringing in the bounty of summer here in Alaska and we don't want to miss a moment! We head into Wrangell St. Elias National Park for a couple of days of hiking, fishing, and berry and mushroom picking. Back at our off grid homestead, we get busy smoking and canning the salmon we caught in Valdez, and put our wild berries and mushrooms to good use.
