Grainfather Pale Ale brew day featuring Mosaic Hops. One of our most favourite craft beer styles and another of our single hop beers. Mosaic has a great pinapple, tropical, citrus fruit flavour. On a future vlog we will give an overview of the dry hop technique and tasting.
