This video will describe and design, production and testing of new Universal Cutter for use on my Automated Rose Ornamental Lathe. The design is based on the original designs by Bill Ooms, Lindow and others with some minor modifications. Rather than use an overhead cutting frame, I chose to use a Ram micromotor which Bill Ooms also used in the design of his Universal Cutting Frame. This design will eliminate the need for an overhead cutting frame.
