• Head to Knee Pose – hamstring + hip stretch
• Twist + Side Bend – lengthen the spine and rib cage
• Reclined Swan – deep hip opening
• IT Band Stretch – release outer leg + hip tension
• Supine Twist – unwind the spine
• Knee to Chest – lower-back release + grounding finish
This session is perfect for flexibility, gentle strength, stress relief, and restoring balance. Whether you're moving first thing in the morning or winding down in the evening, this slow flow will leave you feeling spacious, calm, and reset.
