[ENG sub] DIR EN GREY ● Repetition of hatred

Notes:
1) 0:33 - In almost every recorded live performance of this song, Kyo points at the crowd (or in a direction away from himself) as he sings "そこで - soko de" - "over there". Except for this one where he points somewhere in the direction of the base of his nose.

2) 1:03 - "血 - chi" ("blood") is one of those words you might know even if you generally don't know a lot of Japanese words. It does mean more than "blood", though. Its secondary meanings are "lineage" or "ancestry", pretty much everything that has to do with "being related by blood". But there is yet another meaning: "human emotions, passions, and sympathys". (In a way, its meaning might be similar to the meaning of the English word "temper".)
"群がる血 - muragaru chi" makes me think of people that share the same passions, the same mindset, coming together and standing as one. I translated this line as "birds of a feather that flock together" because I feel like this is what Kyo was expressing here, looking at the overall picture of the song. Being an outsider, an outcast even, in a world you don't belong in, a world that wants to fix you, correct your behavior, turn you into a normal member of society (cue "出る杭は打たれる - deru kui ha utareru" - "the nail that sticks out gets hammered down"). Normal but dead inside. At least this is how I interpret this song.

3) 1:21 - "捻じ伏せる - nejifuseru" describes an action of twisting ("捻じ") someone's arm and making them lie flat on the ground ("伏せる"). Pretty much like an extended wristlock. The dictionary suggests a simple translation ("to hold/pin down"), but there is so much more going on here than that. It's an act of "overpowering someone". An act of "forcing someone to yield".
