Dear ladies, if you’ve been watching this channel for a while you may have noticed that I usually like to dig deeper when it comes to equipment I have at hand.

And today I decided to explore my thigh master a little more. What exercises can we do with it in addition to ones we’ve already learnt from the amazing and informative Suzanne Somers’ tutorial?

In this thigh master workout, we won’t limit ourselves to concentrating only on thigh exercises. We are also going to use a thigh toner to sculpt our upper back, glutes, abs, triceps and calves. So, it’s not impossible to use thighmaster for complete full body workout and involve both major muscles and small muscle groups.

I’ve been using thigh toner machine for a several months now and for me it’s a decent, quite versatile and effective equipment which spiced up my workout routine. Still, I think it might be most useful for entry-level (or at least intermediate) fitness enthusiasts, because most exercises are doable for beginners and even seniors like myself!
