Ingredients
Jowar Spinach Roti (Nutri Green Roti)
1) Jowar/Sorghum Flour- ½ cup
2) Khapli wheat/Emmer wheat flour ½ cup
3) Palak/Spinach puree ½ cup
4) Salt as per taste
5) Ajwain/Carrom seeds ½/ tsp
6) Water as per requirement
7) Ghee 2 tsp
Kodo Carrot Roti (Fiber Fuel Roti)
1) Kodo Flour- ½ cup
2) Khapli wheat/Emmer wheat flour ½ cup
3) Carrot puree ½ cup
4) Salt as per taste
5) Jeera/Cumin seeds ½ tsp
6) Water as per requirement
7) Ghee 2 tsp
Ragi Beetroot Roti (Power Glow Roti)
1) Ragi/Finger millet flour ½ cup
2) Khapli wheat/Emmer wheat flour ½ cup
3) Beetroot puree ½ cup
4) Salt as per taste
5) Flax seeds ½ tsp
6) Water as per requirement
7) Ghee 2 tsp
