Paddling the Fenn XT double with my daughter around St Heliers and Kohimarama. We need to get used to paddle in sync! The XT has a massive hump on both bucket, maybe a bit smaller at the back but it gets a double footwell instead. For my daughter who's on the short side it isn't the best. On the upside it is a relatively stable and fast surfski. I say relatively stable because I feel more stable paddling my Fenn Elite but that's because I am paddling alone. It is a very different experience to paddle with someone else. It will get some time to get used but it is fun to be able to chat.
It was an extremely gusty late afternoon with the cold wind catching the blade.
