Welcome back to another episode. In this vlog we stay productive! I share my ideal morning routine which includes a wholesome workout routine. I enjoy getting an elliptical workout followed by some strength training together ranging from 40-50 mins. In this vlog I also shared one of my favorite healthy dinner recipes. Which is a tofu bowl. It’s quick and satisfying. I start by pressing an extra firm tofu for more than 30 minutes. Then I cube the tofu block and let it cook on a medium heated pan until light golden. Then I add 1 tablespoon of high heat oil such as grapeseed or avocado and fry up the tofu until it’s a deep golden brown. My last step is to add my favorite teriyaki sauce and topping it off with sesame seeds. I love serving this tofu with steamed white rice and air fried broccoli. Don’t forget to garnish with more sesame seeds, hot sauce, and soy sauce. Towards the end of the vlog I show the reality of not having a clean bedroom. So I did a quick tidy up of the bedroom before signing off the vlog. I hope that you enjoyed this video, and that you found motivation to tackle your own personal healthy habits. :)
