Today I got to run a full back day with Andrew Jacked while he was in Texas, and this one turned into way more than “just” a workout.
We walk you through how we’re setting up every machine for two big, tall open bodybuilders, why I’ve been focusing on perfect control over ego lifting, and how Andrew finds ways to make any machine work for his frame.
