Warmup and Floor Barre for Contemporary Dancers

This is the kind of warmup I do when I'm particularly tired or sleepy. It's a great warmup for dance, as it focuses a lot on the hips, both for flexibility (and turnout) and strength. That's why I call this also a floor barre, as it incorporates exercises and strength building as well as warming up. And it's just nice and languid in the meantime, which feels really good for sore and tired bodies.
