Pullups 3x5
Dips 3x5
Rows3x8
Pushups 3x12
Jump squats 3x30 secs
squats 3x25inner/25 outer
horse stances 3x30seconds
3-5 min rest
Calf raises 3x20 reps( at the end of workout)
Scapula pushups 3x10
Scapula pullups 3x10
1 min rest
2x flexibility a week
L-sit
Tuck hold 5x10 secs( first two sets done by self, hold times will vary on individual)
tucked/straight leg raises 3x5
Pike Compression 3x10
L-sit pushups 3x10
3-5 min rest
