According to realtor.com, the former Elvis Presley Estate, dubbed by the New York Times as "Graceland West", has hit the real estate market at $3.95 million! Located in the Little Tuscany area of Palm Springs at 845 West Chino Canyon road, the only other home owned by Elvis Presley when he died has fallen into the bank's hands and is on the open market. This was the 2nd home to Elvis from 1970 until his death.
I have been to the property many times over the last several years and came to know the former owner, Mr. Reno Fontana who also lost the property to foreclose in early 2013. Much of my non profit documentary called, "Seeking Elvis" was shot here at this location in 2012.
Only time will tell if this historic home will be lost to the wrecking ball or be forever closed off to the public and to the fans of Elvis...
