These are my 5 best tips if you want to grow your shoulders and create that 3D look.
Here’s one of my favorite shoulder workouts:
Exercise 1: Dumbbell lateral raise 4 sets x 15 reps (last set dropset)
Superset with:
Exercise 2: Dumbbell reverse fly 4 sets x 15
Exercise 3: Arnold press 4 sets x 10-12 reps
Exercise 4: Cable face pull 4 sets x 20 reps
Exercise 5: Single arm cable side raise 3 sets x 15 reps each arm
