Soca Dance Fat Burning Cardio Workout

This fat burning cardio workout is way too much fun!

Dance it out with me and enjoy an insane sweat after doing this short but effective workout at home.

This Soca Dance Party Challenged me as I learned new dance moves and challenged myself to make it into a workout!

It is my hope that this workout makes you feel more alive, more excited about working out, and like a strong individual...cause you are!

If any of the moves during this workout are a bit to challenging or fast, just make up your own moves or dance/walk on the spot. This will help you keep your heart rate up and keep the fat burning going.

Make sure you smile with me, movement is a celebration of what your body can do. You are capable and smart and strong; never forget that.
