Ingredients (材料):
1) Filling - 餡料:
250g radish/turnip 白蘿蔔半條切絲
10g / 2 teaspoons sugar - 2 茶匙糖
5g / 1 teaspoon salt - 1 茶匙鹽
1 tablespoon sesame oil - 麻油1湯匙
30g dried shrimp - 30克蝦米
2 spring onions - 2棵青蔥
20g cornstarch - 玉米澱粉2茶匙
2) Water dough - 水油皮:
150g plain flour - 150克中筋麵粉
10g / 2 teaspoons sugar - 2茶匙糖
5g / 1 teaspoon salt - 1 茶匙鹽
30g lard / butter - 30克豬油/牛油
60g cold water - 冷水60毫升
3) Oil dough - 油酥:
100g plain flour - 100克中筋麵粉
50g lard / butter - 50克豬油/牛油
