Hi Yoga Friends! Get ready for this fun and meditative hip opening yoga class for nice flexible hips! We’ll get into our hip flexors, glutes, hamstrings and the entire low body to create more hip mobility with our yoga practice.

This 45 min yoga class for hips is great for beginner yogis and I do offer advanced hip stretches for my advanced yoga students. Hip stretches are so important to our overall health.

If you sit a lot, stand a lot, or have high stress you likely have tight hips or feel tension in your hips. So this yoga class is really going to be a hip opening emotional release yoga class. We often store emotions in our hips, as you may experience in our pigeon pose or straddle.

Emotional release is very natural during these class so I encourage you to be with yourself in kindness and breathe deeply. See you on the mat for this happy hips yoga class!
