The Pull-ups program that got me over 20 pull-ups in a row and gave me the best progression of all the programs I've tried. This program provides a structure that is easy to follow and will help you increase your pull-up strength fast. The program is spread over 3 days every week, we are doing heavy-weight pull-up days and easier bodyweight pull-up days.
I am still using this program and will try to aim for 30 pull-ups by the end of the year.
