Busy Bee Kate is buzzing to say that spring is here! Flowers are blooming, the sun is shining, and the bees are back in business, just like us in hospitality. In this month's training tip, Kate wants to give us the buzz on the three most important parts of a hotel reservation inquiry call.
When the phone rings, it's your chance to shine. Greet the guests with warmth and a sunny attitude. Think of it like the first flower opening in spring. If it looks inviting, more bees or guests will follow. Make your hotel a place they want to land. Pollinate the conversation with questions. This is how you gather the nectar.
Buzz with confidence and guide the guest to book. You've done the work, now go in for the pollen. Hope your day is beautiful! Buzz you later.
