Conditioning your body to build strength in areas particular for dancers is, in my opinion, super important and often overlooked during dance workshops and classes.
Conditioning will help to take your dancing to the next level, get you out of your rut and increase the trajectory of your improvement up and away from that plateau.
I recommend doing this entire playlist of 9 tracks 2-3 times each week to feel the difference in your dancing after just a few weeks. Hopefully you will get hooked on conditioning!!!
Check out Conditioning Workout #1 for some additional tracks focussing on lower back strength & arm conditioning as well as the old faithfuls like glute strength but exercised to different tracks.
