🍜 Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup Recipe
1 thumb of ginger
12 bok choy (as a garnish for 4 servings)
5 scallion whites
2 shallots
7 cloves of garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp Doubanjiang
1,5 Tbsp Black Bean & Garlic Paste
2 large carrots
3 medium tomatoes
500g beef (shank is ideal)
1,5l water
3 Tbsp Shaoxing wine
3 Tbsp dark soy sauce
2 Tbsp light soy sauce
2 tsp chicken boullion powder
2 oranges, juiced
2 tsp 5 spice powder

1/2 tsp salt
180g luke warm water
